Michal is a solicitor with nearly two decades of experience in property matters and more recently he has qualified as a Notary Public. He is dedicated to providing reliable and approachable notarial services. Educated at the University of Hertfordshire and Webster University in Vienna, Michal holds a law degree and a Master’s degree in International Relations. His bilingual abilities and deep understanding of Polish legal matters enable him to offer specialised services to the Polish community, while also being equipped to notarise documents for use in various countries around the world. When he gets a chance, Michal enjoys reading good books, watching Formula 1 highlights and going for long walks with his girls.

A fixed fee will normally be agreed upon before work is undertaken. A simple instruction, requiring only certification, will be charged at a minimum of £80. More typical work, requiring interaction with the documentation, will be charged between £100 and £300 per document. Corporate and complex instructions will be charged based on the intricacy and urgency of the work. A 20% surcharge applies for out-of-hours appointments (subject to availability), and a mobile service is offered in the surrounding areas, including Ascot, Virginia Water, Staines, Guildford, Woking, Bracknell, and Slough, with an additional charge of £5 per mile calculated from the office location. VAT does not apply to Michal's fees. Payment is required in advance.


There may also be disbursements, such as Apostille fees, postage or courier fees, translation costs, Companies House search fees, and other third-party charges.
